RealCare offers you the choice of two support service packages:

  • RealCare Advantage Premier (24 x 7 x 365)
  • RealCare Advantage Standard (UK office hours).

Both packages allow direct access to named technical specialists that can help you get the most out of your Convergys solution. We offer a range of options, such as hardware support and consultancy services, allowing you to tailor a package to your specific business needs. Software Services Programme

The Software Services Programme (SSP) is dedicated to our Enterprise customers.  SSP is a subscription-based service that provides a convenient and cost-effective way to future-proof your investment.  RealCare Advantage customers who choose SSP receive the latest upgrade to their Convergys software, as soon as it becomes available.
