Ryan Pellet is Vice President of Global Consulting Services for Convergys Corporation. Building on over fifteen years of executive experience in successfully formulating customer-centric strategies for Fortune 500 companies, Pellet is specifically focused on partnering with Convergys clients to transform and capitalize on their customers’ experience.  Pellet has garnered critical market and analyst acclaim specializing in business strategy development and behavioral / business analytics.

Previously, Pellet founded the Finali Professional Services Group before its acquisition by Convergys. Prior, Pellet served as a founding contributor to Accenture’s Global Customer Relationship Management practice.  As an Accenture practice lead, Ryan worked with over 20 of the Fortune 500™.

Pellet holds degrees in Marketing, Finance and International Business from the University of Colorado at Boulder where he attended on the Dwight Eisenhower- Charles Evans Scholars academic scholarship.

Pellet is also a guest lector in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder and serves on the Board of the Western Golf Association.

Ryan, his wife Julie, and children reside in Denver, Colorado.
