    • Convergys Executive Honored at Asia CEO Awards

      Marife Zamora, Managing Director of Convergys Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East and Africa, has been named 2011 Global Filipino Executive of the Year.

    • Convergys Wins Philippines Social Security System (SSS) Balikat ng Bayan Top Employer Award

      Convergys has been named a 2011 Balikat ng Bayan Award winner for Top Employer by the Philippines Social Security System (SSS).

    • Convergys Wins TSIA Recognized Innovator Award for Innovation in Services

      The Technology Services Industry Association (TSIA) has named Convergys the recipient of its Recognized Innovator Award for Innovation in Services. Convergys won the honor at the 2011 Technology Services World conference in Las Vegas, Oct. 24-27. The Recognized Innovator Awards is the only independently judged awards program that recognizes innovation in technology services products and service offerings documented with customer case studies of measurable business value and results. The Recognized Innovators in each category were selected by a panel of judges, including industry experts and TSIA members.

      Convergys has been recognized by Customer Relationship Management (CRM) magazine as a service leader in Outsourcing in its "2011 Service Awards."

      Convergys has been named one of the top 5 outsourcing companies in the world.     • Convergys Listed Among Top Companies in Newsweek's 2010 Green Rankings

      Convergys has been named to the U.S. 500 list in Newsweek's 2010 Green Rankings. This data-driven assessment is based on a company's actual environmental footprint and management of that footprint (including policies and strategies), along with its reputation among environmental experts. Convergys ranked #277 overall and #122 in Environmental Impact.

    • Convergys Named to the 2010 GS 100 List of Companies that Define Global Outsourcing

      Convergys has been named to the 2010 GS 100 List of Companies that Define Global Outsourcing. Convergys was also named to the lists of Top BPO Vendors and Top Call Center and Customer Management Vendors. The lists are compiled annually by Global Services Media, which connects buyers and service providers in the global IT services and BPO industry, and Neo Advisory, a consulting firm that leverages outsourcing and globalization to enable organizational transformation.

    • Convergys Receives "Best Outsourcing Call Center Service Provider" from CIPCA

      Convergys was awarded "Best CRM Solution Provider" for 2010 from The China IP Communications Award Committee (CIPCA). Convergys received this award based on public nominations from over 60,000 web users on www.microvoip.com and a broad panel of industry judges.

    • The China IP Communications Award Committee (CIPCA) awards Convergys with the "Best CRM Solution Provider" for 2010

      The CIPCA selected Convergys as a winner for the "Best CRM Solution Provider" for 2010. Convergys received this award based on public nominations from over 60,000 web users on www.microvoip.com and a broad panel of industry judges.

    • Top Industry Analyst Firm Positions Convergys in Leaders Quadrant for CRM Contact Center BPO for North America

    • Convergys Wins Two Awards for Innovative Solutions at the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Conference

      Convergys received the Gold award in the Best Integration of Learning and Talent Management category and the Silver award in the Best Learning Team category for the development of a Home Agent training solution. Convergys has now received nine Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards since 2005.

    • CRM Magazine Names Convergys as the "Winner" in 2010 Service Leaders Outsourcing Category

      Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Magazine selected Convergys as a Service Winner in the Outsourcing category. Citing Convergys' excellent reputation in the marketplace, innovative roadmap, and overall value proposition, CRM announced the winners in the "2010 Service Awards" issue - its seventh annual review of industry innovation and success.

    • Convergys awarded ICT 2010 "BPO Company of the Year" - Philippines

      Convergys Corporation was awarded the "BPO Company of the Year," by the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) community of Philippines. Since the launch of the awards in 2007, this is the third International Award the ICT community has bestowed on Convergys, which has previously received top honors as the "BPO Employer of the Year."

      TrainingOutsourcing.com has selected Convergys as one of the 'Top 20 Companies in the Training Outsourcing Industry' for the sixth consecutive year.

    • HRO Today's Baker's Dozen in Learning

      HRO Today has named Convergys to it's annual listing of world's best learning solutions providers - The Baker's Dozen in Learning". Buyers were asked to participate in an online, anonymous survey regarding their experience with their current service provider.

    • Gartner Gives Convergys Highest Possible Rating for Overall Performance in Business Support Systems Market

      Convergys announced today that its BSS/OSS Solutions portfolio has received the highest available overall performance rating of "Very Strong" from leading analyst firm Gartner. Gartner revealed these ratings in the December 2008 report called "Dataquest Insight: Business Support System Market Overview and Strategic Scorecard for Vendors, 2008."

    • Convergys Wins National Award from the Quality Council of India

      Convergys Corporation announced today that it has received the D. L. Shah National Award for the Economics of Quality from Quality Council of India (QCI).

    • Convergys Named Top HRO Performer by Global Services Magazine; Also Cited in BPO, Contact Center Categories

      Convergys Corporation was named the Top Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) Performer by Global Services Magazine, as part of the publication's annual Global Services 100 ranking.

    • 2008 B/OSS & IT Industry Excellence Awards

      For the second consecutive year, Convergys received the Annual Best Product Award during 2008 B/OSS & IT Industry Excellent Awards ceremony. Organized by BillingChina, the telecom media and the B/OSS industry Convergys won ‘Best Product Award' for its Dynamic Decisioning Solution based on its ability to dramatically improve customer efficiency, loyalty, and retention.

    • IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award

      Convergys was named as a recipient of a 2009 IP Contact Center Technology Pioneer Award from Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. Convergys was recognized as best-in-class for it's Intervoice IP Contact Center (IPCC) solution.

    • Speech Technology Excellence Award

      Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has named Convergys as a recipient of its 2009 Speech Technology Excellence Award for the Convergys Interaction Portal (CIP). Customer Interaction Solutions magazine has been the leading publication in CRM, call centers and teleservices since 1982™.

    • Gartner MarketScope for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals

      Convergys-Intervoice received a "Positive" rating in the recently published Gartner MarketScope for IVR Systems and Enterprise Voice Portals. This is equivalent to being in the Leader quadrant of the Magic Quadrant.

    • 2009 PEZA Award for Outstanding Employer and Exporter

      Convergys received high recognition as both the "Outstanding Employer and Outstanding Exporter" in the Large Enterprise Category at the 2009 Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA) Investors' Appreciation Day, held in Manila.

    • 'BPO Employer of the Year'

      Convergys was recognized as "BPO Employer of the Year" at the 2009 International ICT Awards, further solidifying Convergys as the employer of choice in the Philippines. From a single contact center facility in 2003, Convergys now employs approximately 16,000 employees throughout 12 facilities in the Philippines - seven located in Metro Manila, three in Cebu City, one in Bacolod City, and one in Santa Rosa, Laguna.

    • Gold Supplier Award

      Convergys was honored with the Gold Supplier Award at the 2009 Conference of Telecom Billing & B/OSS. Organized by China Institute of Communications and supported by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China, Convergys was recognized for its contributions to the telecom industry and for providing innovative and diversified products and solutions to ensure data migration and system upgrades.

    • Best Full Service Billing Solution Award

      Convergys won the Best Full Service Billing Solution award at the 2008 Telecommunications Best Solution ceremony. Sponsored by Telecom World magazine. Convergys won the Best Full-Service Billing Solution Award for Technology Innovation based on its Infinys [R] Rating and Billing Manager and the product's high reliability, flexibility, and compatibility.

    • Convergys wins Speech Industry Market Winner Award for its Professional Services

      Convergys Corporation won the 2009 Speech Industry Market Winner Award for its Professional Services offering from Speech Technology Magazine. In presenting the Professional Services award to Convergys, the editors cited the number and breadth of services offered by Convergys, as well as Convergys' ability to execute and cost as key factors in the win.

      Speech Technology magazine named Convergys a Market Leader for its Speech Self-Service Suite at the Speech Industry Awards ceremony.     • Convergys Wins Fourth Consecutive IVR Industry Excellence Award from Consumidor Moderno

      Consumidor Moderno, the prestigious Brazilian publication focusing on the forefront of advanced customer service and technology, has once again recognized Convergys with an award for the Best Contact Center IVR Solution.     • Speech Technology Excellence Awards

      Convergys won two 2008 Speech Technology Excellence Awards from Customer Interaction Solutions: one for Convergys' SpeechPort solution and one for Intervoice's Voice Portal solution. The awards are given to companies that have made significant contributions to improving speech applications for clients.

    • Best Billing Product Award - BillingChina

    • Chief Learning Officer - Learning in Practice Award

      Marianne Langlois, vice president, Convergys Learning Solutions, received a gold Learning in Practice award from Chief Learning Officer magazine in the Global Learning category. The award was presented at the Fall Chief Learning Officer Symposium in San Diego, California on September 25th.

    • Top 50 Facilitators of IT Application Construction of China Telecommunications 2008

      Convergys was recognized as one of the Top 50 Facilitators of IT Application Construction of China Telecommunications at the 5th IT Application Forum of China Telecommunications, which was jointly organised by China Communications Weekly magazine and National Informaitization Evaluation Center (NIEC).

    • KLD Domini 400 Social Index

      The KLD Domini 400 Social Index (DS400), a float-adjusted market capitalization weighted common stock index modeled on the S&P 500 Index, has added us to their index. The Index consists of 400 U.S. companies that demonstrate leadership in corporate social responsibility. It is widely used as a financial benchmark for equities and portfolios that exhibit positive social and environmental records.

    • 20 Most Influential Training Professionals Award - TrainingOutsourcing.com

      Marianne Langlois, VP, Convergys Learning Solutions has been honored with the "20 Most Influential Training Professionals" award at the Training Growth Strategies Conference 2007 in Cary, NC.       We received the New Initiative Award for outstanding support of the arts from The Business Committee for the Arts. They recognized us for outstanding vision, leadership, and commitment in developing exemplary partnerships with the arts. We were one of seven award recipients and joined the list of distinguished previous award winners such as Johnson & Johnson, American Express, AT&T, Hallmark Cards and Target Corporation.

    • Best Billing Implementation - IIR's World Billing

      One of our clients, Slovenske telekomunikacie, a.s., won IIR's World Billing Award for the best billing implementation. This award was based on the operator's use of GenevaTM. Slovenske telekomunikacie is a leader in the area of telecommunications services in the Slovak Republic and is a member of the Deutsche Telekom AG Group.
