Ann Taylor Renews Customer Care Contract with Convergys

(Cincinnati; December 11, 2006) - - - Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services will continue to deliver customer service for Ann Taylor, a premier American women’s specialty retailer, under the terms of a contract renewal.

Working with Convergys, Ann Taylor has achieved outstanding customer satisfaction scores. According to BizRate, Ann Taylor achieved a 9.5 rating on a scale of 10 versus a 7.68 average for the industry overall in 2005.

Convergys will continue to provide traditional telephone, fax, and interactive voice response technologies for customer sales and service support in addition to special initiatives for Ann Taylor store customers, online customers, and store associates.
