- On-Site, Full-Time Positions Available for Customer Advocates
(Cincinnati, Ohio & Erlanger, Kentucky) Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hiring 320 full and part time on-site positions for its contact center in Erlanger, Kentucky.

Employees will handle inbound calls from customers for the purpose of resolving billing and technical issues with their wireless service. Employees may also work with customers of a major healthcare provider.

Potential candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, possess strong computer skills, and are comfortable offering new products and services. In addition, candidates should have strong computer/keyboarding skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be available to work 40 hours per week (if fulltime). Employment with Convergys also is contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
