Convergys will occupy over 180,000 square feet on four floors within the SM Megamall, one of the largest shopping centers in the world. In addition, a new bus terminal is located at the base of the building, providing safe, convenient, and reliable transportation for employees to travel between their homes and work.
This expansion marks the 18th center in the Philippines for Convergys, the largest private employer in the Philippines.
