Convergys Seeks 200 Employees in Las Cruces, New Mexico

(Cincinnati, Ohio & Las Cruces, New Mexico; December 20, 2012) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hiring for 200 full-time on-site positions for its contact center in Las Cruces, New Mexico.

Potential candidates should possess strong communication skills, be able to listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, possess strong computer skills, and be comfortable offering new products and services. In addition, candidates should have strong computer/keyboarding skills, a high school diploma or GED, and be able to work 40 hours per week, primarily in the evenings. Employment with Convergys also is contingent on the successful completion of a background check.
