- On-Site and Full-Time Positions Available for Service/Sales Representatives -
(Cincinnati, Ohio & Hickory, North Carolina; July 17, 2012) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management, is hiring for 120 full-time on-site positions for its contact center in Hickory, North Carolina.

Local staff and leadership will be available to address questions about these customer service/sales positions, and share their perspectives on the value of employment with Convergys. New employees will provide superior service and sales support to customers of a leading telecommunications company.
