Convergys Hiring 30 New Employees in Omaha

(Cincinnati & Omaha, Nebraska; September 1, 2011) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, is seeking candidates for 30 positions at its contact center in Omaha, Nebraska.

New employees from throughout the Douglas County area will provide customer service and sales support to a Convergys client in the financial services industry.

“Customer service continues to be an important differentiator for companies that wish to succeed in this consumer-driven economy,” said Wendy Reid-Saulnier, site leader for the Convergys facility in Omaha.  “We’re looking for customer service-driven candidates to handle customer calls and provide information on client products and services. These positions also may serve as a great stepping stone to a career in operations, recruitment, or training.”
