- Customer Service Positions Available in the Telecommunications Industry -
(Cincinnati & Clarksville, Tennessee; June 17, 2011) – Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in relationship management, is hiring for both on-site and work-at-home positions for its contact center in Clarksville, Tennessee. About 300 on-site employees and 75 work-at-home employees are needed.
New employees will provide customer service support to a client in the telecommunications industry.
The local chapter of the American Red Cross also will be at the contact center conducting a blood drive with Convergys employees. Job fair attendees may donate blood if times are available while they are on site.

“The Clarksville community provided overwhelming support to us after we lost our original site in the devastating floods last spring,” Lovely added. “We hope some of the attendees at the job fair will join with us in giving back to the community and supporting the American Red Cross in their important work.”
