Andrea Ayers is president and chief executive officer of Convergys Corporation (NYSE: CVG), a global leader in customer management. Ms. Ayers became a member of the Convergys Board of Directors and was appointed chief executive officer in October 2012. Prior to that, she forged a 20-plus-year track record of success and business growth in a variety of sector-spanning executive positions, including president and chief operating officer; president of the company's Relationship Technology Management line of business; president of Convergys's Government, Retail, Healthcare, Automotive, and Financial Services vertical service sectors; vice president of marketing, and general manager of the Direct Broadcast Services (DBS) business unit.
Ms. Ayers is committed to job creation, improving educational opportunities to develop the workforce of tomorrow, and enhancing the quality of life in the communities in which Convergys employees live and work. Andre Valentine is chief financial officer for Convergys Corporation.
He is responsible for managing the financial risks of the company, with oversight for corporate strategic development, financial planning and reporting, internal audit, real estate, procurement, and investor relations. He reports to Andrea Ayers, president and chief executive officer of Convergys.
Andre has been with Convergys since 1997. Prior to his current role, Valentine served as chief financial officer for Convergys' Customer Management line of business. He also held the position of senior vice president and controller of Convergys, as well as senior vice president of group finance for Customer Management (CM).
Prior to Convergys, Andre worked for Coopers and Lybrand.
Valentine is a native of Cincinnati and has a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Cincinnati.Back to Top
Claudia Cline is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Convergys Corporation. She is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, as well as human resources, agent training delivery and curriculum, compliance, privacy, security, government relations,and communications.
Claudia has been with Convergys for 17 years, holding executive positions in legal and operations. Prior to her current position, she served as General Counsel for Convergys' Customer Management line of business. She also held the position of Senior Vice President of CM Operations Support, responsible for workforce management, agent training delivery and curriculum, quality, and reporting.
Prior to joining Convergys, she served as a partner with Frost and Jacobs LLP.
Claudia earned her bachelor's degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned her law degree from the University of Southern California.Back to Top
Marge Connelly is Chief Operating Officer for Convergys Corporation. In this role, Marge and her team focus on delivering service excellence to our clients and their customers. Her Operations team consists of more than 100,000 employees in 150 contact center locations in North America, Latin America, EMEA, India, the Philippines, and Southeast Asia. She also has responsibility for Convergys' global IT organization.
Marge joined Convergys in November 2014, and brought with her a wealth of experience managing complex operations and leading talent within global organizations. Prior to joining Convergys, Marge served as Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Barclaycard and COO for Wachovia Securities. Marge also held multiple executive roles at Capital One, personally leading development of the people, processes and technology within Operations as the company grew from 5 million customers to 55 million over a 12 year period.
In addition to her deep experience in Financial Services, Marge also served as Interim President of Longwood University and served on the Board of Directors of Portfolio Recovery Associates, an acquirer of non-performing consumer debt.

Mike Wooden is Chief Commercial Officer for Convergys Corporation. In this role, Mike owns the customer interface, with P&L responsibility across divergent sales channels and marketing functions; drives people leadership; and is responsible for driving consistencies across all geographies to meet the corporation's strategic commercial objectives.
Mike is a senior executive with over twenty years of demonstrated strategic revenue and operations leadership experience. Before joining Convergys, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Business Process Solutions for Xerox, a $22 billion global services enterprise.
Prior to joining Xerox, Mike was vice president of corporate development for an outsourcing company, where he was responsible for strategy development, alliances, and creating and expanding new service offerings. In addition, he spent four years as an M&A consultant, guiding acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures for technology companies around the world.
Mike is an active member of The Stride Center Board. The Stride Center is one of California's most effective workforce development organizations in training and placing the disadvantaged in vibrant, well paying, upwardly mobile careers in the technology field.
Mike earned a bachelor's degree in comprehensive sciences from Ashland University and a master's degree in engineering management from Old Dominion University.Back to Top
