Our Voice Biometrics solutions combine certain behavioral characteristics, such as pronunciation, speed of speech, and accents, with physical characteristics to produce a unique voice pattern for every individual. Two different forms of registration are available:

  • Nuance Vocal Password—requires active registration by the end user (“My voice is my password.”)
  • Nuance FreeSpeech—requires passive registration, which registers the user’s voice pattern as part of normal conversation.

These solutions provide many benefits, including reduced handle time and improvements in customer and agent satisfaction.
