In the military, you had great benefits that you did not even have to think about! At Convergys, we offer great benefits for you, as well your family. We are a progressive company, but still offer “old school benefits,” such as: 401(k), tuition reimbursement, etc.

5. You do not have to leave the military behind. Bring your buddies with you!

Convergys has an Employee Referral Program that rewards you for referring your friends who join our team.

6. What are our military veteran and family employees saying about Convergys?

"Convergys has been great about helping me shift my days around to ensure that I get all of my hours when I have drill weekends. They have also gone out of their way to set up a day for all of those who have served, are serving, and their spouses.
