Convergys and Microsoft launch the first pre-integrated and pre-configured billing and customer care solution to rapidly deploy and launch new and exciting business and consumer services.

Convergys and Microsoft are entering into a global strategic relationship to "change the game" for two strategically important markets – communications providers and utility companies.
